Circuit Training

Since I am less than eight weeks out from my first competition of the year, my trainer has decided that it’s time to  kick the intensity up a notch with circuit training!  Today I did a circuit of upper body and ab exercises. I tend to resist change so I got a bit complainy when he told me we were changing up the usual routine. But by the end of the workout I felt amazing and I really enjoyed it!!  It went by really fast. I followed it up with a quick intense 20 minutes on the elliptical and I was outta there!

I will be training with him tomorrow and doing lower body circuits which should be pretty intense. Can’t wait!
