All the Colours of the Rainbow

When I’m making my big salad for lunch I love trying to cram in as many veggies of different colours as possible!  Today’s salad consisted of two different kinds of lettuce, grilled chicken, carrots, cabbage and radishes! Yum!
I was so hungry after my morning workout so this really hit the spot.

I think I’m turning into one of those annoying people who always take selfies at the gym! 😉
