With all the workouts and food prep that goes along with getting ready for a competition, one thing that can get overlooked is posing practice! With only six more weeks until my show I need to make sure that I practice every single day.
This picture is from practice last week, at the end of a long day. I honestly find posing to be the most difficult part of contest prep. It may look easy but it is exhausting. And it is just as important as the diet and workouts!
One great thing that happened last week is that I had a really good amount of fat loss. This means that I am able to reduce my daily cardio a bit this week which is such a relief!! The circuit training is still going well too. Today was lower body with a focus on glutes, as well as abs.
