I woke up today feeling like a bad cold was coming on so I still went to the gym but didn’t train as intensely as I normally do. The weather has been terribly cold! I didn’t want to work out at all but I ate too much over the weekend so I felt like I really needed to get a workout in.
Lately I haven’t been feeling very well. I have been low on energy. I think that my vegetable intake was low at the end of last week so maybe that’s it. After my training I came home and made a big bowl of veggies with lettuce, radishes, onions, and sweet potato.
