Rest Day

I haven’t been feeling that great the last couple of days.  I still managed to get my workouts and posing practice done, as well as keeping up the healthy eating. 

 

Yesterday’s posing practice was fun because there were a couple of women there who are not competing at the moment but wanted to see what it was all about so I demonstrated my posing routine to them.  They said that I am very graceful so that is really nice to hear.  

Today will have to be a rest day though since I have a sore throat and headache.  I don’t want it to get worse so I will take it easy.  I will just do some yoga poses and stretching. I have really been enjoying that lately.
