Still Going Strong

I haven’t posted in over a week because things have been a bit crazy around here!  The boys were on spring break and it felt like the only things I accomplished in the past week were cooking for them and cleaning up after them!  Of course I squeezed in my training too, but most days I only managed one short workout session.  

 

My poor trainer caught pneumonia two weeks ago and today was his first day back at work!  It felt really good to get a really tough training session in. We have decided that I will not be quite ready to compete in 2 1/2 weeks, so that means I will be competing in May instead!  I’m really happy about it because after being sick myself two weeks ago I did not feel ready to step on stage so soon.  My weight is sitting around 132 lbs today which is great but I still have to tighten up the lower body more.  

Always a work in progress!!
